Marketing Executive

Overall Purpose

Ensuring we run a fab, fit, fun department that delivers remark-a-ball marketing activations on time, in full and on budget.

Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

  1. Making our events Bounce
    1. Developing the annual Events & Experiential Plan with the Marketing and Sales Teams
    2. Project managing the individual events & activations to ensure they run like clockwork
    3. Working with agencies to deliver the best, most efficient & cost-effective stand for the event
    4. Ensuring staff are full briefed and the stand is manned as necessary
    5. Evaluating the event & reporting on ROI
  1. Collaborations
    1. Reviewing all marketing opportunities coming into the business and presenting a case for those considered of value
    2. Identifying other potential brand collaborations in line with the strategy and objectives.
    3. Develop collaborations plan with the Digital agency to maximise communications opportunities.
    4. Evaluating and managing of relevant brand partnerships and partnership opportunities
  1. Supporting the Sales Team with Trade Marketing:
    1. Working with Retailer media agencies to identify the opportunities with the best ROI for Bounce
    2. Working with the Sales Teams to agree individual shopper marketing plans
    3. Implementing shopper marketing plans
    4. Creating best practice POS & merchandising
    5. Evaluating the event & reporting on ROI
  1. Supporting the Marketing team with the day to day execution of marketing plans to achieve the annual marketing objectives this may include:
    • PR
    • Digital/Social media
  1. Briefing insight projects, ongoing (brand awareness) and ad hoc and presenting relevance for Bounce.
  1. Project managing the NPD projects ensuring deadlines are met and launch dates are achieved
  1. Marketing administration
    1. Managing the MAP (marketing activity plan) and working with the Sales Team and relevant agencies to ensure it is complete and up to date
    2. Contributing to the monthly Board report
    3. Ensuring POs are raised and issued for all activities
    4. Managing the free stock budget and all relevant events, collaborations and shopper budget

You will need

  • Love of all things Marketing & the ability to use marketing tools & techniques to work smarter, not harder
  • Proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to juggle and a love of deadlines
  • Amazing communication & interpersonal skills, you need to be able to bring people on the journey and get them to buy into the vision
  • Ability to bring solutions to the team, creative thinking, lots of imagination and ideas is what we’re after.
  • Ability to prioritise in a commercial environment, not just who shouts the loudest or is most urgent but what is the most important for Bounce.
  • Great telephone manner which embodies Good Energy.
  • Self-starter & self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail.
